I had a minor issue with my BALMUDA toaster and reached out to support not expecting much. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly, checked my warranty, and handled everything without making it complicated. Rare these days. Has anyone else had the same issue with their toaster, or was it just mine? Either way, I’m really happy with how they took care of it

I bought the toaster from balmuda.com mostly because I loved the way it looked. Shipping was fine, and the toaster itself works perfectly okay from what I’ve used so far. I don’t have a ton of long-term experience with it yet, but nothing has gone wrong or anything like that.

That said, I’m just not totally convinced it’s worth the price. Maybe there are details I’m missing, but it seems like cheaper toasters can do pretty much the same basic job. It’s definitely nice-looking, I just wish the value felt a little better.

I was expecting it to look a bit more polished, but in person it kind of comes across as a little cheap. It’s not awful or anything, just maybe not as sleek as it looked online.

I bought this from BALMUDA and it’s been holding up really well. I use it most days, and because the build feels solid, nothing has started feeling loose or cheap. It still works like it did when I first got it, so I’m happy with the purchase.

I’ve been happy with this so far. Toast comes out really nice, and it’s great for reheating leftovers without making everything dry. It cooks evenly too. There is a little bit of a learning curve with the settings, so I’d tell other customers to give it a few tries before judging it. Once I figured out what worked, it’s been a solid addition to the kitchen.
